Mr. Cissell graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He formed Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. and Cissell Mueller Company, L.L.C. with Duane Mueller. As a managing member of the company, Mr. Cissell has guided the brokerage business from a small bedroom office into a respectable multi-million dollar firm focusing primarily on retail, medical, and industrial brokerage developments. He oversees all of the licensed real estate brokers that work for Cissell Mueller. He reviews and negotiates all real estate contracts and tenant leases and assists clients in site selection and purchase of ground for build-to-suit developments. Mr. Cissell is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri, is CCIM certified, and sits on the board at Cardinal Glennon Development, Emmaus Homes Properties, and Boys & Girls Club.

Mr. Mueller graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with an emphasis in Economics. In 1992, Mr. Mueller, a former journeyman carpenter, formed Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. with Robert Cissell. As C.E.O. of the corporation for the past 30 years, Mr. Mueller has guided the construction business from humble beginnings into a respectable national firm focusing primarily on retail, medical, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects in the 38 states where the company is licensed as a general contractor. The combined operations employ 54 full-time professionals with transaction volumes exceeding $100,000,000.00 annually.

Dave Mueller is the President of CMCI. He brings twenty-five years of professional experience in commercial building. Skilled in estimating and managing small to large dollar construction projects from conceptual programming to preconstruction to construction and then to facilities start-up.

Morgan Stearn, MR Manager and Project Administrator, graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a bachelor’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences. After working for almost 4 years for St. Charles County’s Parents as Teachers Program, Morgan made the move over to Cissell Mueller as a Project Administrator. Over her early years with the company, Morgan implemented strategies and technology that have allowed the company to grow through a team project management approach and is now overseeing a team of Project Administrators.

He establishes positive, professional relationships with customers, resulting in additional project requests frequently. Strengths include project estimation, agreement negotiations, management of multiple projects at a time, field manpower coordination, and top-tier quality control.

He currently works in our Scrubbles Car Wash project program, coordinating subcontractor work, managing the project budget, issuing subcontract and change orders, and submittal review.

He now plays a critical role in our renewable energy division’s project management team, NGFS. Worked under the supervision of Wayne Orf, our 45-year construction veteran. Chuck’s recent projects include the Swade dispensary in Delmar and BeLeaf’s Cannabis Cultivation Facility in St. Louis.
