At our first meeting, we will determine your goals and project objectives, perform a feasibility study, and set timelines and budget expectations. We manage the paperwork, the contracts, and all considerations during each construction phase. We then gather a team of competent professionals who take the project from conceptual development through final construction.

We manage the pre-construction and construction phases from start to finish, so your budget is more economical, value services are added, and the quality of the finished project is higher. A design consultant will discuss your ideas, priorities, and wishes for your project and create a Concept Development Agreement. The Concept Development Agreement is approved.

Step 2

Design

Discussions expand into a complete design concept containing a budget, design renderings, specifications, and project scope. A formal proposal is presented and approved.

Step 3

Pre-Construct

We complete all the steps needed to begin construction, from building Permits to Certificate of Occupancy. We can add our greatest value during pre-construction.
