At our first meeting, we will determine your goals and project objectives, perform a feasibility study, and set timelines and budget expectations. We manage the paperwork, the contracts, and all considerations during each construction phase. We then gather a team of competent professionals who take the project from conceptual development through final construction.

We manage the pre-construction and construction phases from start to finish, so your budget is more economical, value services are added, and the quality of the finished project is higher. Our relationships throughout the industry allow us to hire the best design professionals and manage all the fine print thought planning and execution.

A design consultant will discuss your ideas, priorities, and wishes for your project and create a Concept Development Agreement. The Concept Development Agreement is approved.

Design

Discussions expand into a complete design concept containing a budget, design renderings, specifications, and project scope. A formal proposal is presented and approved.

Step 3

Pre-Construct

We complete all the steps needed to begin construction, from building Permits to Certificate of Occupancy. We can add our greatest value during pre-construction.
