After working for almost 4 years for St. Charles County’s Parents as Teachers Program, Morgan made the move over to Cissell Mueller as a Project Administrator. Over her early years with the company, Morgan implemented strategies and technology that have allowed the company to grow through a team project management approach and is now overseeing a team of Project Administrators.
