The American Red Cross joined the CTS relocation, occupying half of the new 127K sq. ft. shared facility. CMCI engaged with ARC’s design and executive team and coordinated between the two owner teams to make sure the each of their programs design and execution needs were met within the design, budget, and delivery parameters.

Despite challenging approvals, shifting designs, and vendor delays, CMCI kept both projects aligned for simultaneous completion. ARC praised the collaboration and has since engaged CMCI for additional build-outs at other locations.
