At Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. (CMCI), we proudly transformed underutilized buildings into state-of-the-art SWADE dispensaries, meeting stringent timelines and budgets in the face of Covid-19 challenges. Our design-build approach enabled the swift renovation of historical sites across Missouri into four dispensaries that seamlessly blend modern functionality with the buildings’ original character.

Our work, particularly in “The Grove” and the Delmar Loop, exemplifies our dedication to revitalizing community landmarks while addressing current needs. By converting an abandoned church and a long-vacant building into welcoming spaces for healing, we’ve not only preserved architectural heritage but also contributed positively to local communities and the burgeoning medical cannabis industry.
